AutoMAX Deburr Machine Series

The AutoMAX is the best solution for high-volume shops. It gives operators the ability to forever save part “recipes”, meaning the machine will remember what specific adjustments were made for a specific part/gear. This feature allows operators to switch seamlessly between different operations.

Being able to keep a “baseline” recipe benefits operators greatly, as they won’t have to fear losing the basic adjustments for a part when they have to tweak the machine further. This movement within a recipe allows for part stroking, threading, and interpolation.

Shops will no longer feel the need to complain about operators losing said part setups with a deburring machine like this!

AUTOMAX OVERVIEW

Another benefit of the AutoMAX is its ability for random part configuration. This means the machine can self-identify any loaded part and automatically selected its proper recipe. This process is invisible to the casual observer and does not add to cycle time. The conveyance system is what allows for this to happen, as the part is recognized while being fed down into the machine by the conveyor.

There is also an option for output sorting, which allows the machine to divert parts onto different conveyors if needed.

Auto INDEXER Deburring Machine Series

The Auto Indexer is a fantastic option for the high-volume plant that wants an automated deburring machine to perform many different operations on a part in an extremely short period of time; the cycle times on the Auto INDEXER are 14 seconds, on average.

Sequential-Operation mode will allow the deburring machine to automatically switch between stations after perishable tools at one station are worn down enough. There are 8 stations available with the Auto INDEXER, and Sequential-Operation mode will continue to switch from station to station until the 8th one is reached, in which case it will notify operators it’s in need of a tool change. A single machine can run for multiple shifts without needing any tool adjustments.
