Our MAX Machine Deburring Systems

MAX

Max Deburr Machine Series

The MAX System revolutionizes the deburring and chamfering industry, and is perfect for both human and robotic loading/unloading situations.

This system comes with options, such as a manual door (which is opened and closed by the operator), or a powered door (which closes upon request and opens once a cycle is complete). It also is offered as both a wet or dry machine, catering to every shop’s unique preference.

Deburring a spiral bevel gear can be quite the challenge. Oftentimes, a spiral bevel gear requires deburring on both the leading and trailing sides of teeth, both on the ID and OD surfaces, as well as along the entire length of each tooth.

SynchroMAX Deburr Machine Series

A SynchroMAX is perfect for a high-production facility needing to maximize their operators. A SynchroMAX allows the operator to multi-task between several machines by giving the operator ample time to load and unload parts at their discretion. This is accomplished by having a two-position index system, or a “pallet changer”, where a part can be loaded and unloaded any time during the cycle. Once the changeout is completed, the cycle can continue where it left off. The pallet will then change positions once said cycle has finished.

A real-time setup and recipe change with random parts showing exactly how quickly a SynchroMAX 1-Tower can chew through complex parts.

AutoMAX Deburr Machine Series

The AutoMAX is the best solution for high-volume shops. It gives operators the ability to forever save part “recipes”, meaning the machine will remember what specific adjustments were made for a specific part/gear. This feature allows operators to switch seamlessly between different operations.

Being able to keep a “baseline” recipe benefits operators greatly, as they won’t have to fear losing the basic adjustments for a part when they have to tweak the machine further. This movement within a recipe allows for part stroking, threading, and interpolation.

Shops will no longer feel the need to complain about operators losing said part setups with a machine like this!

AUTOMAX OVERVIEW

Another benefit of the AutoMAX is its ability for random part configuration. This means the machine can self-identify any loaded part and automatically selected its proper recipe. This process is invisible to the casual observer and does not add to cycle time. The conveyance system is what allows for this to happen, as the part is recognized while being fed down into the machine by the conveyor.

There is also an option for output sorting, which allows the machine to divert parts onto different conveyors if needed.
